Common Lisp SSIP interface available

If anyone is interested, Common Lisp interface to the Speech Synthesis
Interface protocol is now available in CVS, see speechd/src/cl/.  It was
tested under CLisp and SBCL, porting to other systems should be easy.
The interface may or may not be improved in future (e.g. properly
documented), depending on your interest.
