speech-dispatcher + DECtalk on Debian AMD x86-64 : no sound

Please go to /etc/speech-dispatcher/modules/dtk-generic.conf,
find the line
	# Debug 0
uncomment it and set it to
	Debug 1

Depending on your version of Speech Dispatcher, you will likely also
have to  uncomment/modify the line 
	DebugFile
and set it to e.g.
	DebugFile "/tmp/dtk-generic.log"
otherwise the logfile will be found in the LogFile directory specified
in speechd.conf.

Then please restart Speech Dispatcher and try to use the spd-say command
two times to say something simple, then send me the resulting logfile
to hanke at brailcom.org.

This way, we will see what's happening.
