[Documentation] ModuleDelimiters

I'm working on the Speech Dispatcher documentation.  The section on module 
configuration claims that the Festival module breaks text up into sentences 
and parts of sentences according to ModuleDelimiters and ModuleMaxChunkLengh 
parameters.

Is this true anymore for the Festival module?  I looks like it is true for 
Flite module.
