a new problem with speechd cvs

Hi Jan,

No I did not mean the web interface.
I checked out last cvs version with a real cvs client built and 
installed it.
Then I made several tests:
1. 
spd-say -lde hello
= ok
2. 
spd-say -lde "h"
=failed (espeak outputs nothing, ibmtts only says punkt
3. 
spd-say -lde "h "
= ok outputs a h.

make the same test and please try to fix this.
