using sound icons

Sound icons work only with Festival speech synthesizer.  You can install
the speech-dispatcher-festival package to get installed everything you
need.  See /usr/share/doc/speech-dispatcher-festival/README.Debian for
information about necessary configuration (Festival won't work without
it).

Then basic sound icons should work with speechd-el automatically.  Tell
us if they don't or if you need more advanced setup.
