Hello!

Every time I start speech-dispatcher, I get an error message. The
script starts first festival_server, and then the speech-dispatcher.
The error message is: "Starting speech-dispatcher:SIOD ERROR: unbound
variable : voice-list-language-codes.

I also have festival-freebsoft-utils, CVS version, installed. The
files from this package is in /usr/share/festival/lib. I'm running on
a Fedora 8 system.
