found workarround Re: speechd reads the '&' sign wrong

Setting
IbmttsUseSSML 1
in ibmtts.conf is the workaround for me.
I am interested in where the string replacement is done in speechd.
Please have a look to this:
the pronontiation of the & sign is amp but I could not find this in the
source code.
