IBMTTS not working with speech-dispatcher

3 things:

1. /system/preferences/sessions

2. /system/preferences/sound and there all must be set to alsa

3. ALL output modul of SD must have set to alsa, try spd-conf for system
and user settings.

Then will be better restart your system
