Speech-dispatcher question

Hello All!

I woud like to use Orca with speech-dispatcher.

I'm using ubuntu intrepid.

Installed speech-dispatcher and python-speechd.

I runed speech-dispatcher as a system service, but not was possível a multi chanel sounds.

As sujggest in this list, runed speech-dispatcher as user, installed libasound2 and libasound2-dev, removed pulseaudio and checked /etc/init.d/speech-dispatcher. In /etc/group, the speech-dispatcher is added in audio group.

When I run spd-say and orca is working, speech-dispater pronunciate the one letter only.

If I close orca and to run spd-say, speech-dispatcher speeak the complet text.

In Orca the pronunciation is very strange.

In a text, orca alternate between the uppercase and lowercase voice word by word.

How can I do it for orca to work well?
