Speechd-el not reading buffer insertions

You must add the names of buffers to be read automatically to
speechd-speak-priority-insertions-in-buffers.  For comint mode buffers
(such as shell buffers) speechd-el reads new text automatically, but for
other modes it must be enabled explicitly.
