Hi.
I don't have the latest release of Wiking installed on my server yet,
partially because of lack of its installation manual and partially because
of not enough experience in this regards on my side.
Anyway, I wanted to mention about a couple of ideas regarding Wiking
abilities. I already mentioned about it to Tomas that this package needs to
have "members only" restricted area, specially if it might be use in the
future to serve other purposes than just creating static pages.
Another thing which is worth to pay some attention is ability to create some
sort of 'user preferences' regarding size, color combination at so on. I'm
not a programmer but I believe that it could be a matter of allowing a given
user to pickup certain css to work for his/her own environment.
I assume that your goal guys is to have some type of the accessible and
comparable CMS with what is used by sighted people, so I believe Wiking
needs capacity of creating blog pages, RSS and what is my special interest,
it would be really nice to have some sort of light, secure powerful audio
streaming feature built-in. Okay, enough of my dreaming. What does it take
to make it a reality for our blind community?
Best wishes to all.
Pawel.
