about wiking and mailman

Hi.
Just want to double check before I screw something up on my system.
To be able to access, via web interface, my mailman configuration/site 
do I need to add the following line into my 
/etc/apache2/site-enable/www.sightpoint.org file:

Alias /cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo /var/lib/mailman/cgi-bin/listinfo

since right now my wiking-enabled site give me the error page message.

Is the mailman mailing list added by OS under 
debian or do I need to create it manually?
